Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team with your order number and reason for return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the item in its original protective wrapping and box to ensure it remains undamaged during transit back to our warehouse.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and schedule a courier collection or drop it off at an authorized shipping center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
